They pack them really well! My Monstera Adansonii Variegata came super secure in sphagnum moss, sometimes in a plastic cup, and then taped down. Box was sturdy.

They're pretty good with packaging. They usually secure the roots and leaves so nothing shifts around too much. Had a couple delicate ferns arrive fine.

From Indonesia to California, I'd budget at least 2-3 weeks. Mine took about 18 days door-to-door, including customs. They pack really well though.

It's usually a few weeks, give or take. Mine took closer to 4 once, but that was during a holiday. They do include the phytosanitary cert though, which helps with customs.

Both are good, but I've found Java Exotic Plant often has a bit more variety in very specific rare Indonesian stuff. Ecuagenera is great too but different selection.

Depends on what you're after. Java Exotic has some unique Indonesian rarities. Ecuagenera is big, good for quantity and specific Ecuadorean plants. Price-wise, sometimes Java Exotic can be a better deal for certain specimens.

They have a live arrival guarantee, so if it's dead on arrival or super damaged, you should be covered. Just make sure to take pics right away.

Usually, coupon codes don't stack. So you probably have to pick one, like the first order discount or the bulk discount. Check the fine print on the coupon.

I think generally only one discount applies per order. The first order one is usually for new subscribers, and bulk is for larger quantities. They might exclude each other.
